CHEF DE PARTIE - ELLSWORTH
In an effort to increase work-life balance for our team, Ellsworth will be transitioning to a 4- day work week.
We are looking for talented cooks to be part of our family.
Launched in March 2015 by the owners of Verjus, Ellsworth serves an à la carte seasonal menu Tuesday through Saturday.
We work with a network of small local producers for our vegetables, fish, meat, cheeses and wine and try to work with whole animals when we can.
Starting in 2020 we will be sourcing vegetables from our own farm near Rambouillet.
