Echo in the 75002 looking to hire a full time confirmed commis / Junior Chef de Partie.

We're looking for an individual who can be a part of a cool breakfast/lunch concept by adding creative value and flawless execution. Will be trained by talented chef from New York.

Day time job only, no break/coupure, 39h

The focus of this role will be production prep for their station and working the cold line during breakfast and lunch services. Schedule will be 5 days a week totaling 39 hours.

Candidate should be excited to work hands on with quality ingredients and to be able to learn a specific Southern California Menu.

English language required.

Ideal candidate will be able to follow recipes, high level of reliability, work quickly and maintain high level of cleanliness.
